Crazy that two months ago I weighed 148 and now I’m weighing 163 and still have my abs … Gaining muscle for me is such a pain because I hate the fat gain that comes along with it. Can’t wait to not be a chunkster ..

Fasted Cardio on the stair master for the first time in awhile .. Feels good ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ’ฆ If I lift in the morning it is always fasted anyways. (at 24 Hour Fitness)

Some people ask me about fasting and this is a great post about fasting and the metabolism. Longest I have done is 36, I usually stick to 18 hours.
